Description of the Building:
One story building standing on a sloping terrain, with a double-pitched keeled roof. The ground floor was built using stones, the second floor is actually a log cabin enveloped with clay bricks. It is a folk architecture house that was built in the beginning of the seventeenth century.

History of the House Residents:
The first known owner was probably in the beginning of the seventeenth century Šimon Fuch of Fuchýřov who sold it in 1632 to Matouš Netolický. After Matouš died, his wife Ludmila lived in the house alone until 1661, when Baltazar Randelshoffer moved in. During the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, many inhabitants of Český Krumlov lived in this house. However, no detailed information is available.
