Description of the Building:
One-storey building with an L-shaped floor plan.
Architectural and Historical Development:
The house has flat ceilings and a semicircular barrel vaulted area.
The first floor has completely flat ceilings. It was built in 1796
and adapted in 1944.
History of the House Residents:
Before a house was built on this land, there was a garden which
belonged to Juliana Tweraserová. Juliana sold it to Adalbert
Schmal. In 1796 Adalbert sold a part of the garden to Šebestián
Bauer, who built a house there. Among the next owners in the 19th
century, there was a tailor, a labourer, and after 1929 a
bookbinder, a locksmith, a postman, and a blacksmith.

Residential house.
