Ground-floor building on side of a hill, modern with a smooth facade and a not very remarkable architectonic layout. No basement. Character of the building is folk architecture.

Architectural and Historical Development:
In all likelihood the house was built in 1726, after a fire, on the same land. Modern adaptation.

Present Use:
Residential house.
