Description of the Building:
Two-storey building with modern facade, situated on a hill. One
layout wing on the ground floor in all extents vaulted, barrel
vaults and monasterial vaulting with sectors. Along the rear wall
is a chamber. The first floor has flat ceilings.
Architectural and Historical Development:
Original building from the end of the 17th century, present
appearance apparently from the end of the 18th century. The
building is urbanely consequential and its layout has historic
value as well.
History of the House Residents:
The first known owner of the house was Markéta Höfferová, who in
1642 was replaced by Bartoloměj Illinger. In 1649 Petr Krampel
moved into the house, after whom came Eva Krampelová. Eva resided
there until 1670. Then,until 1707 the house belonged to Martin
Gramale and then to Matyáš Halk. In 1745 we catch here Lorenc
Hossinger for a while, who apparently in the following year died,
because the owner of the house from the 1746 is stated to be
Rozálie Hossingerová. Among 1749 - 1778 Jakub Feyerer owned the
house. After him we meet there Bernard Stifter until 1787. Further
residents of the house were Karel and Rozálie Schinkovi. Rozálie
became, from 1807, the only owner of the house, which belonged to
Josef Hable from 1821 at least until the 1840's.
Present Use:
Residential house.
