Description of the Building:
One story house standing on a sloping terrain with a plain modern front. The house is most likely Classicist. There are rooms with oval barrel vaulting on the ground floor. The wing was added in 1928.

History of the House Residents:
The house was probably built in a location where the monastery reservoir or pond for fish used to be. The plot of land is owned by the Claretian convent (see Minorite Monastery in Český Krumlov). Nothing is known about the inhabitants of the house.
