Description of the Building:
One story building standing on a sloping terrain, with a
double-pitched keeled roof. The ground floor was built using
stones, the second floor is actually a log cabin enveloped with
clay bricks. It is a folk architecture house that was built in the
beginning of the seventeenth century.
History of the House Residents:
The first known owner was probably in the beginning of the
seventeenth century Šimon Fuch of Fuchýřov who sold it in 1632 to
Matouš Netolický. After Matouš died, his wife Ludmila lived in the
house alone until 1661, when Baltazar Randelshoffer moved in.
During the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, many inhabitants of
Český Krumlov lived in this house. However, no detailed information
is available.
