Latrán No. 86
Description of the Building:
Three story building with ten window axes and a front subdivided on
the ground floor by a horizontal belt in the plaster and on the
second story by window stucco decoration. The rear face windows
have stucco framing, there is a balcony with a Classicist railing
on the second story. The rooms on both stories have plain ceilings,
only the cellar has barrel vaults.
Architectural and Historical Development:
The house was built during the 1850s. The courtyard wing was
prolonged and one story added in 1872. The house is of no historic
significance.
Present Use:
Vietnamese shop, flats.
