Description of the Building:
Two story corner house with a built-in attic. There is stucco decoration and hood molding around the windows. The house is subdivided between the two stories by a geison. There are two dormer windows in the roof facing the house No. 76. The house was built at the end of the nineteenth century.

Present Use:
Flower shop on the ground floor, the rest of the house is residential.
