      Johann Valentin Petzold

      Johann Valentin Petzold, portrait in actor's costume

      Johann Valentin Petzold was a comedian who came from Styria, also called "Brustfleck". He was one of the actors who worked in the service of Johann Christian I. von Eggenberg from 1680 until the permanent theatre company of the castle theatre Petzold was a member of broke up in 1691. He likely owned a house on Klášterní street in Český Krumlov (Latrán No. 51).
