Johann Martin Schaumberger
(died 1712) | Painter |
Johann Martin Schaumberger painted altar-pieces in and around Salzburg. During the summer of 1675 he painted 16 scenic paintings specified for a theatre scene of Johann Christian I. von Eggenberg in the so-called Deer Hall. A new independent theatre building in Český Krumlov was finished in 1682, and Schaumberger was appointed to paint the decorations again.
