Description of the Building:
Ground-floor building with styleless facade and a not very
remarkable layout.
Architectural and Historical Development:
The building was created by separating a part of the house next
door, Rooseveltova
No. 53, in 1721. At that time it was in all likelihood
reconstructed. There was further adaptation after a fire in
1961.
