Mostecká Gate at the Lazebnický Bridge on Radniční Street

City gate at Lazebnický bridge, Rudolf Thür, drawing from 1914 - 1916 This Mostecká gate that guarded the entrance to the Staré Město (Old Town) from Latrán was demolished in 1860 because it was very shabby and had been damaged some years earlier by a strong windstorm. Inside of this two floor tower building was a small flat - a room, a kitchen and a chamber. The entrance to Staré Město was guarded from another Inner Gate in Radniční street that was situated only a few meters away.
